Chinese porcelain decorated in the Famille-verte and Wucai palette from the 17th. to 20th.Century.

Late 19th. Century vase

A porcelain 'Wang Bing Rong' made baluster shaped vase. Decorated with 'mythical beasts'on a pale yellow ground. Made mid 19th.Century. In good general condition, no chips or restoration but hairline to mouth. Signed to base.

Early pair vases

An early pair of export porcelain hexagonal shaped vases. Possibly early Qing period, Painted in the 'prunus' pattern in the Famille-verte palette. Very good condition, no damage or restoration.

17th.Century vase

17th.Century Transitional period Wucai bottle vase. Painted with a five clawed sky-dragon chasing the flaming pearl of wisdom, in red, yellow, green, blue and purple enamels. On a white ground with underglaze incised key-fret border to shoulder and ruyi-head border to below decoration. Base un-glazed and un-marked but probably made in the period c.1620-60.

In good condition no cracks, no chips and no restoration, but with wear consistant with age.

17th/18th.Century dash

A Famille-verte dish, made in the Kangxi period.Painted in pencil underglaze blue to the centre with chrysanthemum sprays below enamelled flower panels, on an iron red and gilt flowerhead band at the well and flowersprays at the border.Iron-red floral sprays to reverse. Rim cracked and repaired.

19th.Century vase on a hardwood stand.Decorated with panels of vase of flowers and small panels of butterflies, in the Famille-verte palette on a powder blue ground. In a repaired condition.(crack and chip to mouth and neck)

Mark to base in underglaze blue of Kangxi mark of 'The artemisia leaf'

A 19th.Century Yen-yen vase painted and reserved with figures, landscape and floral, on a lotus-scroll yellow ground. Four character Kangxi mark to base in underglaze blue.Made late 19th.Century. A possible Kangxi period small charger, painted in the Famille-verte palette with 'Dogs of Fu' deer and a bird among flowers, trees and rockwork. In good condition, no cracks, no chips and no restoration. Unsigned to base.

A 19th.Century provincial bowl, decorated in Famille-verte enamels in a floral/abstract pattern on a grey glazed ground. On a deep recessed base with un-glazed foot rim. In fair condition, no chips of frits but hairline cracks to rim.
